High School Athletic Performance Training

When: 6-Week Session January 6th - February 12th

Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30 pm


Who: High school athletes ages 14-18


WhatThis program offers a valuable opportunity to build strength, improve agility, and boost conditioning, whether you’re in-season or preparing for the next. Each session includes a warm-up, plyometrics, strength training, conditioning, and a cooldown. Designed specifically for high school athletes, this program aims to enhance performance and reduce injury risk by promoting balanced strength development.
