Youth Athletic Performance Training

When: 3-Week Session December 2nd - December 18th

Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30 pm


Who: Youth ages 12-17


WhatThis class is designed to prepare athletes for their winter sports season by building a strong general foundation in various capacities including, strength, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning. Our goal is to enhance each athlete’s long-term athletic development. Growing bodies require more than just sport-specific skills, so we focus on equipping youth athletes by broadening their athletic development so they can perform at their best while staying healthy for the long term.

Pricing​

$90 for all of December ($15/class)

$54 for 3 Class Punch Card

$20 for single class

  • Classes will be limited to 18 spaces.
